B. P Ghosh is the co-founder and managing director of Andro Solutions, an early stage software firm that actively manages a portfolio of fast growth ventures. Typically, these businesses are innovative leaders, creating a position based on a market or regulatory discontinuity in technology, financial services or media. He has over 35 years of experience in construction and marketing industry with hands-on experience in voice, data and SDH technologies. He was formerly a senior executive at Hindustan steelworks construction limited a govt. of india enterprise, where he spent significant time in India and abroad. He now invests his time in India and , where most of the group's businesses are located. He graduated from Sibpur Engineering College, which is one of the premier engineering institutes in india.

He was born in India and is a fitness enthusiast and running is his passion. He makes sure to complete at least five miles a day and his motto for running is for fun.

Anjana Garg - Managing Director & CEO

Anjana is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Andro Group of Companies , where she’s overall responsible for the smooth functioning of the operations and Admin departments. Ever smiling and accommodating, she reminds you of the confident India foot soldier who will brave all odds and emerge victorious. An incredible techie with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Vinayaka Missions University (Chennai), Anjana brings to the organization a vast experience in operations and strategic planning. Her ever toiling nature at work poses a challenge for her interests of adventure sports and poetry, which she zealously overcomes. Her Key strengths include Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Customer Management, Program/Project Management, Operations Management, Product Management, Presales Solution Support.

Anjana has an immense passion for music and cooking and loves experimenting new recipes.  

Sanjay Ghosh - Vice President & COO

Sanjay is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Andro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is the driving force behind the company’s performance. His responsibilities include management of Andro Group’s overall off-shore operations with an additional focus on strategic planning and new business development. An ace cricketer, with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Vinayaka Missions University (Chennai) and a Masters in Business Administration degree from University of California at Berkeley (Walter A. Haas School of Business) ; Sporty with a wry sense of humor, has a sound experience in complete life cycle of commercial application software development & implementing various commercial applications across all platforms. Sanjay oversees Andro Software Corp’s strategy and the delivery of enterprise business solutions, focusing on meeting the needs of consumers and providers.

Sanjay has a passion for traveling and shows keen interest in software programming. Sanjay’s passion apart from Andro Solutions is teaching and reading. He has taught and given lectures in many reputed colleges and universities throughout India.

Ramkumar V – Sr.Manager Operations (India & Overseas)

Ramkumar handles Indian & Overseas Operations  in Andro Software Corp. Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that he was a Business Development Manager where he was responsible for Customer Relationship, Project Delivery and Business Development. He Started his IT career with Midas Infocom, he formulated and executed Midas Infocom and developed it to greater heights. He has got a vast client base in India. Earlier he was also a Private Producer with Top Tamil Channel and some of the Top Indian Entertainment Channels .He was the brain behind the India's first interactive television Tele Game Show. He has a successful track record as a Business Consultant  in Information Technology & Media Industries.
